Our Vision
To encourage and foster the provision and access to golf for all junior players, through the provision of superb facilities, excellent teachers of the game and a wide array of experience.
Our Mission
At The Bribie Island Golf Club, we're committed to nurturing the next generation of golfers through our flexible and dynamic program, delivered by our seasoned PGA Professionals. The goal of The Bribie Island School of Golf is to offer kids a fun and educational introduction to golf, helping them develop their skills and get familiar with the golf course environment.
We run our weekly clinics throughout the school term, along with special school holiday clinics. Our program provides a fun, inclusive, and safe entry into a sport they’ll enjoy for life, for both students and parents.
Junior Golf Pathway
The Bribie Island School of Golf has developed a Junior Golf Pathway to help junior golfers commence and continue on their golfing journey.
Our program is held on the following days and times:
Saturday mornings: 8.30am to 9.30am
Tuesday afternoons: 3.30pm to 4.30pm
Sundays (1 per month): from 11.00am
Club Safeguarding Officer
The Club Safeguarding Officer has been appointed by the Board to act as a safe and approachable first point of contact for all members to raise concerns about children’s and young people’s safety. He will work with the Board and Management to assess risks to children and young people within the club and develop strategies and action plans to minimise the risks, using the tools and guidance provided by GA.
Peter Lupschen
Peter is highly experienced in this area holding certifications as a chartered safety professional and possessing tertiary qualifications up to Master’s Level. He has an extensive career spanning various operational senior and management roles, and he has garnered widespread recognition and respect within the safety industry. Peter is also a Full Golfing Member of the Bribie Island Golf Club, and Life Member of Pine Rivers Golf Club.

Join Competitions
Test your child’s skills in our club junior competitions.
We host 3, 6, and 9-hole competitions once a month
on Sundays at 11:00 am. It’s a perfect way for them to experience the excitement of the game!
Become a Junior Member
If your child’s interest in golf is growing, why not sign them up as a junior member?
They’ll have access to
participate in our 3, 6, and 9 hole competitions, plus local junior events across Queensland.
Challenge their Skills
Think your child might be a lifelong golfer?
Encourage them to try 18 holes! To gain an official handicap, they’ll need to submit six 9-hole or three 18 hole scorecards to the club.
